Pricing based on Freight Terms, Payment Terms and Item Category

We have a business scenario like this:

Item A belonging to category '123' would be priced as $100 (ex-factory), and transportation would be charged an extra $5 per unit.

Item B belonging to category '456' would be priced as $100 (ex-factory), and transportation would be charged an extra $10 per unit.

For customers who are taking on credit (any payment other than cash), there would be an extra charge of $2 & $3 for category '123' & category '456' respectively.

Basically, the payment terms and freight terms would determine the additional dollars charged per unit of each item.

What could be the best way to implement this?
