Quick Package Deployment is not initiating in 9.2.0.7

Hi All,

When we are trying to deploy update package for UBE objects only, it is not showing in package deployment that it is UBE only package and it is taking time to deploy and locking the system while deploying in 9.2.0.7. i remembered that this feature was working with 8.98.4.0 so why it is not working in 9.2? do i need to do any settings?

JDE E1 9.2 / 9.2.0.7 on Windows 2012 platform.
