Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

While creating Project #21's PR getting error 'Project-Level expenditure transaction control violated'

we have already created PR before for project # 21 but this time only getting above error.

Please advise.
