Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Core Concurrent Processing - EBS (MOSC)

Simple Concurent Request such as "Active User" failed with "Inactive" "No Manager"

When i Check under Adminster

I don't even see "Standard Manager" on the list of all the concurrent managers.

So I put it in Query Mode and see if "Standard Manager" is on the list.

Return no values. (If i were to do the same on different environment, it would return the all the description regarding "Standard Manager".

Please someone help me with this?
