Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi all,

I want to set-up for my custommer to send separate remmitance advice via email with body text and also with pdf attachment.

Working is email from and email subject:

Not working and having issue with body of email and with it is working and it is taking data from setted up option.

what is not working is email body even it is setup here:

and attachment is setup here:

here is output from emial, so body has to be :"please refer to..." and this what is currently in body is supposed to be pdf attachment.
