Leasing between entities & lease to internal & external customers

Hi Leasing Experts,

The new leasing company that we acquired needs to be setup in Oracle and would be used primarily to lease equipment to other internal manufacturing entities.

Can we create a new legal entity for this leasing company but without setting up a new OU, use an existing OU and start setting up contracts and manage billing & payments.
We do not have OLFM but do have all financials, OM, INV & Service contract.

Can we achieve the above using Service contracts or would need OLFM?
