Hi experts

I wanted to know when is the app P75I791 is called? any particular set is required for this ( lcr is defined in P75I791)

As  when i create the po and try to receive the po the LCR Portion is not getting popuped  During receiving nor from the row exit of the po  regional info)

If i try to enter the lcr through p41291 that is getting displayed during receiving

what is the cause and how can i resolve the same

My user id is having  the IN localisation code

The test is in dv 9.2
