PO Date needs to be accompanied in P42101 in Order Header Revisions

Hi,

We have a requirement to add new date field in F4201 which is Purchase Order Date P42101 in Order Header Revisions (W42101E screen which is reusable subform of P421001.  Is there any field existing in F4201 which can be accommodate this.  We thought to use F4201.URDT but it requires a lot development effects.  Please suggest. We are using 9.1.5 tools release.
