DB link to fetch data from mysql to Oracle fails with ORA-02063

The full error that I face while fetching data is as below :

ORA-28545: error diagnosed by Net8 when connecting to an agent

Unable to retrieve text of NETWORK/NCR message 65535

ORA-02063: preceding 2 lines from CRMDB_LINK

Request any expert to advise on the resolution of above . The Oracle and MySQL are on different servers.
