Is there a way to secure P41240 Cycle Count Review by role to avoid the count belongs to one role be

We are trying to avoid a count that was being done by one role/team being updated. canceled, or approved by a different role/team. Currently it is causing confusion because all roles/teams are seeing the same screen and they could easily update the wrong one . We can't secured it by using MCU because it didn't exist in F4140, only in F4141. Thanks.
