Node does not join a crs after reboot

Hi,

i have problem with node2 in my rac. i think my node not access asm.

i print some command outputs.

Thanks.

$ asmcmd

Connected to an idle instance.

ASMCMD> startup

ORA-01078: failure in processing system parameters

ORA-29701: unable to connect to Cluster Synchronization Service

Connected to an idle instance.

ASMCMD>

$ ./crsctl stat res -t

CRS-4535: Cannot communicate with Cluster Ready Services

CRS-4000: Command Status failed, or completed with errors.

oracle@ ]$ ls /dev/oracleasm/disks/

ASMDATA1  ASMDATA2  ASMDATA3

[oracle@ ~]$ oracleasm listdisks

ASMDATA1

ASMDATA2

ASMDATA3

[oracle@ ~]$ oracleasm status

Checking if ASM is loaded: yes

Checking if /dev/oracleasm is mounted: yes
