Issue with hz_party_site_v2pub.update_party_site

Using API hz_party_site_v2pub.update_party_site , we are facing below issue when trying to change the Site Use Code.

"Error While Updating Details at Account Level for Customer Num # 1000238057 SQLERRM :: ORA-01086: savepoint 'UPDATE_CUST_ACCOUNT' never established in this session or is invalid

ORA-01086: savepoint 'UPDATE_CUST_ACCOUNT_EVENT' never established in this session or is invalid

ORA-06512: at "APPS.HZ_BUSINESS_EVENT_V2PVT", line 1733
