Fusion R12 Create Account Combinations in Bulk. Too many matching records found.

in Using the My Oracle Support Portal (MOSC) Question

Oracle Fusion Rel 12. 

Issue:

When downloading the Create Account Combinations in Bulk spreadsheet, the following message is received:

Status Viewer.  "Action Failed. Too many matching records found. Specify additional criteria to limit the number of records."

As a result, I am not able to upload any account combinations. The upload process fails. How does this issue get resolved?
