Unable to run Averify

Hi All,

When am trying to run Averify 1.7.8 on Agile 9.3.6, am getting the ERROR that TNSNAME is not resolvable (Screenshots provided below in one of my comments). I've modified the properties file already with db connection details. Any idea what setting I am missing here?
