ER: Ability to view DFFs on eKanban.

We have defined a DFF on the MTL_KANBAN_CARDS table, which holds some information specific to each card. This is available on the Inventory Kanban forms. But the eKanban ADF pages do not provide the ability to view or update the DFF.
