Oracle Workflow taking high Buffer reads

Hi Team,

Order workflow is taking high buffer reads.

We had a disucssion with client one of workflow causing issue and taking High buffer reads.

1) Execution volume is high (3K)

2) each execution has high buffer reads (400K)

We had a custom code ,i checked all the custom code all queries are taking less time and less buffer reads only.
