Origination Fees for Loans

All of our loans have some type of origination fee whether it be a credit check or a land survey, ect.  The issue we are having is that they aren't really fees they are more like dispersements in that the City pays the costs to the vendors and then they need to be rolled into the total loan amount which the Buyer is then responsible for.  The issue we are having is that these "fees" need to be paid prior to the closing of the loan and thus far there is no functionality to support this.

We run into an issue with our Forgiven loans because at the end of the loan there is an amount which has not been "dispersed" so the loan does not forgive.
