When I try to apply patch 25023844 the following error is generated

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

cll     forms/F CLLRIFRT.fmx

An error occurred while generating Oracle Forms files.

AutoPatch could not find a response to the above prompt

in the defaults file.

The patch has FAILED,

Please check the adpatch logs for more details.

FRM-30188: No initial value given, and other values are not allowed (item REC_TAX_SITES.TAX_BASE_DATE_CODE).
