After Flash Disk Replacement - [WARNING] The hardware and firmware does not match with the profile,

Hi guys

I have a problem with an exadata x2-2. ASR reported a failed flash disk, so Oracle sent us the part and we replaced it, the problem is that when I check the physicaldisk status after the replacement, it still shows us the failed flash disk, as if I didn't change the part. The part number is OK, i reboot once more the exadata cell but the problem continues.

I checked the hardware with following ouput:
