Infrastructur Database restricted-license usage and diagnostic package

Hi,

currently I have to install for a customer an EM Cloud Control. The customer has at least licensed Diagnostic Pack and Enterprise Edition for the monitored databases.

I may use a single database instance in Enterprise Edition for RMAN-Catalog and EM Cloud Control repository database for free

but

I did not found any information, if I may use the Diagnostic Package for free in this database.

My collegue has anywhere read, that you can use the Diagnostic Pack but not the Tuning Pack. But this could not verified by me.
