Siebel: Email Outbound's stuck in Queued
Hello Friends !!
Can you help on below:
We found that some Email Outbound's are stuck in Queued status, even tho email has been processed by Email server and email is successfully sent.
also S_SRM_REQUEST.STATUS = SUCCESS.
No any issue is observed in SMTP\POP3 log.
But email outbound activityoes is not getting updating back to Done.
