Mandatory adjustment not validated

Hello,

We're implementing JDE 9.2.

We have an Advanced Pricing adjustment marked as 'Mandatory', hierarchy: all customers / all items

This Adjustment is based on an Order Group defined as:   Order Type and Branch Plant.

When entering a valid SO line the 'Price History'  exit shows this Adjustment being applied.   When entering another line on this same SO, having a different Branch/Plant this adjustment is not applied (as expected), however no Error Message is shown.

we could not find anything related on Oracle Support site, does this ring a bell with anyone?
