Error attempting to patch using OMS

Morning all,

I'm getting an error when trying to deploy a GRID plan out to two RAC servers.

The plan completed the analysis without issue but fails at the deployment:

Fri Jun  2 10:16:51 2017 - Executing command:"C:\app\12.1.0\grid_1\bin\srvctl stop home -o C:\app\12.1.0\grid_1 -s C:\TEMP\rac_rpatch_cookie_02_06_2017_10_04_40_1_1 -n rac2" to stop cluster resources running from Oracle Home C:\app\12.1.0\grid_1 on node rac2  
PRCH-1002 : Failed  to stop resources running from CRS home C:\app\12.1.0\grid_1 
PRCH-1030 : One or more resources failed to stop: 
PRCH-1034 : Failed to stop diskgroup resource 
PRCR-1014 : Failed to stop resource ora.DATA.dg
