VAT setup and process knowledge in ebusiness.

hi,

In our country UAE we have to implement VAT, we are using R12.2, can anyone provide the details screen by screen VAT setup and kownledge document for understanding the process, i have already downloaded oracle doc but need some thing easy and step by step process to activate VAT and different features.
