New MOS TFA issues with OSW

Hi Team,

We had 12.1.2.8.4 MOS version TFA installed in the system, After i upgrade it to 12.2.1.1.0, I am seeing issues with the OSW built-in tool.

During 12.1.2.8.4 install (OSW version is 7.x), I moved the repository to /u02/tfa

So OSW archive files & Binaries were present under "/u02/tfa/suptools/cernphdb3/oswbb/oracle", I don't find any issues with it and OSW was running fine without any issues.

After i upgrade to 12.2.1.1.0 (OSW version is 8.x here), The repository location, other setting's everything persists as it was before and it started the OSW as oracle user - All good

But when i checked form where OSW is ran, i see that it is from old binaries(7.x) , I also see the new OSW binaries(8.x) are installed in TFA_HOME/ext
