Why OM Cancel lines with status backordered after ship confirm

Hi,

I trying to solve an standar funcionality.

Steps for reproduce the issue are:

1. PO, Create a Internal sales order. eg. 100 Kg.

2. OM Convert Internal requet to an OM Sales Order.

3. Go to Release sales Orders put parameters of Order number, Warehose. execute concurrent.

4. Process generate Move Order Number

5. Go to Inventory to transact move order, allocate stock.

6. Select available inventory, requested qty is 100. I change allocated qty to ship lower e.g. 40 Kg

7. Excecute Transact move order.

8. Go to OM review order, oreder is splited in 2 lines one with 40 kg with status staged/pick confirmed an the other line with qty 60 kg status is backordered.
