If I enable SSL in WebLogic will the P6 EPPM Java Applets jar be signed?
As I understand it some of the Java Applets that are used by P6 EPPM are signed and some are not which causes the annoying warning message to appear whenever an applet is loaded. While per the Oracle KB article "Java Security Warning With Applets That Contain Signed And Unsigned Components (Doc ID 1099559.1)", this can be ignored in a normal environment my company's cyber security policy does not allow the execution of un-signed java applications. Currently we have a Java rule set exception that allows primavera to run the Java applications. However, I am wondering if I enable SSL and use a public signed Certificate in the WebLogic Domain hosting the Primavera EPPM web application will the java applets be signed? I want to make our deployment of P6 EPPM secure by ensuring the Java components are considered secure and use proper encryption, which I wonder if I configure SSL in the
