Forecasting application P09522 - Enhancement Request

Hi Team,

I'm working JDE 9.2 . I recently got a requirement where i have to change the standard parent child application(P09522). I need to add a new Form Control on the Header of the form. My actual requirement is to Add Company Field on P09522 header screen. This field is available only when Processing Option values is set to display this field. If this field is not populated, it will fetch records for all the companies or as per other filter criteria used.
