Anticipated Units

I'm trying to use the rates for early units, however it's not calculating the value and the result is always zero.

I filled in the "term fee" setup:
- with the "Use" field as "Anti units".
- "Anticipated item type" with the specific item type and the "Anticipated Stop Date" field with a future date.
In "Term Sub fee" the "Academic Program" field is the same as the student's.

I also filled out the "Academic Program Table" setup, "Enrollment" page, "Full time projected bill units" field and the "Part time projected bill units"

Is there any further configuration to be made?
