Generate .DDL from IP2016 tools to 8.1.1.11 database

In our environment we don't perform ddl sync instead we generate .ddl from Siebel Tools before apply activate any table. It will help our dba's have better control to manage databases for large tables like S_EVT_ACT,S_SRV_REQ, S_CONTACT and S_ORG_EXT. Also, it avoids large system outages.

During 8.1.1.9 to 8.1.1.11 we  are able to generate .ddl files for all tables from 8.1.1.11 repository tools pointed to  8.1.1.9 database. Now, this feature is not working from IP2016 repository tools to 8.1.1.11 database and it throws

SBL-DEV-61159: No valid Expression Builder could be found for the field Module on business component Repository Table.
