Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi All,

Our environment is

Apps : R12.1.3

DB : 11g

Developer suite 10g

OS : WIndows 8.1 - 64 Bit

MS Office : 2013 32 Bit

To develop oracle reports with XML format - what is correct version nof BI publisher to be installed in my local laptop .

Tried many link but not working.
