when I run the report R4981 I get the error in wc as

rate name distance error Informational: Call From     : ATL - ADVERTISEMENT,MEDIA & AGENCY FEES

                                                                     Subject       :

                                                             CAUSE . . . .  The Account Number field being processed does not allow blanks or zeros

                                                                            to be entered.

RESOLUTION. .  Enter a non-blank or non-zero value.

What is the cause of this is there anything due to which i am finding this error
