Is it possible for two users with the same active position to see different records in an applet?

Hi Folks!

I have an issue where two users with the same active position sees records in the same applet differently. This only appeared after upgrading to Siebel IP2016 but I found no significant change in the objects. And the fact that it works for one user and not for the other user is where my confusion lies.

What may have caused this? I've checked the SQL logs but found no error whatsoever. Should I look for something else entirely?
