Can we have Multiple Receiving inspection plan show in LOV while doing inspection

Please suggest and share your ideas on below.

Can we have Multiple Receiving inspection plan show in LOV while doing inspection ?

We have 2 inspection plan defined for Receiving inspection. For example Plan - Test1 and Test2 ( both are receiving inspection plan)

Business requirement is to get both the plan in List of value while entering quality result after pressing inspect button.so that user can choose either of them and enter quality result.

As of now system is considering plan as per alphabetical, so Test1 is defaulting on the plan and find button is disable.

Same is enabled when we use Enter quality result directly in quality module, when checked both the form versions are different.
