Remove Default Phone Format in Siebel as well as store it in the DB without any country code

Hi Team,

We are implementing siebel UCM for one of our client. They would like to remove the default phone format and store the phone number without any country code upended to it. eg., if the value in phone field is "0763560187", the same value should be stored in the DB as well.
