Using the URL in a Report Notification from Concurrent Manager more than once to open the report

in CRM On Demand - Reports and Dashboards (MOSC) Question

Is there a way to allow a URL hyperlink that is sent to a user when a report finishes to be utilized a number of times (more than 1) to open the report. Currently on our system, if I run a Trial Balance report and notify someone else, they will receive a notification saying the job is complete and to see the report click on the provided link. If they click on the link look at the report, close it and then want to open it again, they will receive a User Authentication error. (the link is dead).

We are using Oracle R12 Financials
