Two Inventory commitment preference in one preference schedule

we are using two inventory commitment preferences under one preference schedule. One commitment preference to split the inventory between the branch plants based on the Percent to fill and other commitment preference to change the branch plant and commit the inventory to that branch plant.

In this case, Could you please let us know if both the preferences would work or if only one preference works, please let us know which preference would work. Thank you.
