Work Conformation Receipt Interface against Complex PO - How to Interface ?

Hi,

Against Note 1435396.1  (Can Work Confirmations (WC) Be Created Programmatically Using ROI ?), Oracle confirmed that there is no API/Import program available currently to create work confirmation against complex PO with retainage functionality programmatically. But we have requirement for an inbound interface to create receipts against complex retainage PO i.e. work confirmation. How we can achieve that ?

I would appreciate if somebody can help as this is important for our project and we are stuck

1. Is there any workaround available to create work confirmation and receive WC ASN_TYPE programmatically?

2. How other customers/projects are doing this interface?
