How to create database firewall on Blocking(DPE) mode using Proxy configuration

Dear gurus,

I have avdf of version: 12.2.0.2

I want to configure the database enforcement point using proxy connection. Do anyone suggest me the total procedure including steps.

My database IP: xxx.xxx.56.41

Audit vault: xxx.xxx.56.200

Firewall: xxx.xxx.56.201

My client: xxx.xxx.56.xx
