Siebel Active User Count

Hi,

We have a requirement from Client team to check the active users for one Siebel public sector application (7.7). Ideally, inactive users should have been assigned a position named 'Inactive Position' and all other positions should have removed from the user. However, it appears this practice has not followed by the team and there are many inactive users present on the Application without the 'Inactive Position'.

Is there a way to check from database list of users not logged into the Siebel Application in last 60 days?
