I want to upgrade Oracle Grid Infrastructure from 12.1.0.1 to 12.1.0.2, but encountered INS-40406 error, most of the posts in MOS or other posts point to CRS="TRUE" not being set in central oraInventory file, but this is not true for my case.

OS: Solaris SPARC 11.3
