Cannot login into JavaClient

Hello All,

I've an Agile 9.3.6 installation in RHEL 7 hosted on AWS. When am trying to open the Java Client from inside the server, it's working fine. But whenever am trying to access it externally over internet, it allows me to download & open the jnlp. But when am entering my credentials it is showing below error:

I've a similar counterpart installation in Windows in which I can access the JavaClient externally without any issue & any explicit configuration.

In Linux I've enable tunneling in WLS Admin Console for this particular app server (both are standalone non-clustered installations) but still that's not helping.
