Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to add line on booked Sales order through API?

In my case, SO is created from 3rd party system in booked status. Now i want to add freight Line using Order Management API.

How can we achieve this? can we use Order Import API to insert line in booked SO?
