How to clear mobile fields after 'Save/Next Item in Manual Physical Counting

Hi,

I have tried to find a solution how to clear locator and LPN -fields in Manual Physical Counting with Mobile Forms Personalization, but haven't seen a solution. After pressing 'Save/Next Item' the previous locator and LPN (if LPN task) are still visible. Also LPN does that. With 'Done' you go to main menu and need to navigate back. Please see pictures.
