Cambiar Support Identifier

Buenos días: al generar un nuevo Service Request, por defecto, toma siempre el mismo Support Identifier no permitiendo identificar el SI correcto.

Como se puede cambiar el ingreso del SI?

Adjunto una captura de pantalla para identificar el inconveniente.
