Table Value set in KFF

Hi,

I have an requirement where I have to use Table Value Set in KFF (i.e using view FND_FLEX_VALUES_VL)  here I am getting error "APP-FND-00668: The data that defines the flexfield on this field may be Inconsistent.", Please update if any one have solution related the error.
