Autopay does not create Time Entry, hence does not generate any payment

Hi,

I have a problem started recently while I was trying to setup a new company.

While I am running pre-payroll with Autopay check box checked, system does not create time entry for any of the employee in data selection of R07200. Hence no payment is created. When I enter time entry manually it works fine.  Can anyone give idea what can be the problem
