For Printing Material Categories print material needs to be tax differently due to the fact that some of the printed material will be distributed according to company  

 

Tax Percentages:

• Indiana is 3% of total invoice line amount

• Illinois is 3% of total invoice line amount

• Pennsylvania is 9% of total invoice line amount

How to create Tax Formula to implement the above requirement
