Installation workbench error

Hi I am facing issue while running installation workbench.When I ran installation workbench It gave me 4 UBE  report for diff environments but after that it went to not responding status and finally i had to terminate the session as it was not completing.In jde log I could see below error:

Error importing DB 'SPEC_DV910FA' in 'C:\JDEdwards\E910\DV910\package\DV910FA\spec' for create manifest - Local Oracle
