Copying BP Records from one Shell to Another

I have on-call material testing contracts (shell) in which one of the BPs is a Technician Certification (Detailed form with no workflow).  These on-call contacts are expiring and there will be a new set of material testing on-call vendor contracts for the next four years.  Even though many of the vendors will be the same, I need to create a new on-call contract for each vendor.  I want to copy the Technician Certification records from the old contract to the new contract without retyping the data.  Many of the vendors have 20 or more technicians with multiple certifications within the
